Photoshoot Services Disclaimer

Welcome to our professional photoshoot services. We strive to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. To ensure the smooth operation of our photoshoots, all clients and participants must agree to and abide by the following terms:

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of the shoot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot will require a new deposit.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Conduct: No sexual activity or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate the shoot immediately if such conduct occurs.

Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. A late fee of $30 will be applied for every 30 minutes of delay.

Damages and Theft: Clients are responsible for any damage to or theft of studio property during their session. Charges may be applied up to $200 for repair or replacement.

Ownership of Photographs: All photographs taken during the session are the exclusive property of Heaven Visuals. Clients will receive specified photographs per the terms of their service package, but all rights to the usage and distribution of the images remain with Heaven Visuals

By booking a photoshoot with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the photoshoot without a refund.
